Hey everyone, first off all its an honor to be selected by our board as the next head coach. I forward to working with everyone and helping to continue the development of each of you.
I have had the opportunity to speak with a few of you and will speak with everyone individually, I'd like to set up development plans, and how I see it fitting into the greater plan.
I have lofty goals for our club, and I need each and Everyone of you to to achieve the goals.
I will be planning a meeting in January to talk about my plans and hear your input and goals for our future.
