"Legs feed the wolf" -Herb Brooks


With this in mind, John and I are setting up get together days to prepare our legs for the season. It will be explosive, high intensity aerobic fitness training to mimic the start/ stop of a match.

We are looking to have much attendance as possible (duh). There will be a ramp up on the sprints and the bonus is you can do them at home too!

Skills break down under duress of fatigue. If we can mitigate fatigue we will have greater success at achieving our goal of going to Nationals.

Yup, I hate running too... but I hate losing more!
