Program
Both hurling and Gaelic football will be taught on alternate sessions for 10 weeks over the spring an summer. The program is funded by grants and therefore free to families. Kids only need to bring active wear, sneakers and a water bottle. We have equipment to use.
Hurling
Hurling is one of the oldest field games in the world and is a key part of Irish culture. It is played with a wooden stick called a hurley and a small ball known as a sliotar. Here are some key points about hurling for kids:
